To add a Email Filter which blocks all emails that have been marked as spam by Apache Spam Assassin, please see the following example.
Login to your cPanel and navigate to Email Filters.
In this example we are adding a rule which blocks all emails that have been marked as spam and have a spam score of three or more.
You can adjust this by the number of + signs in the text entry box.
