Why did I receive a password reset email and then a Welcome email?




You probably received a password reset email before your welcome email because an administrator setup your account for you. If we were to only send out a welcome email to you, the password field in the email would be obscured so you wouldn't know what your login password was. In this instance we would send out a password reset email first in which the login password is not obscured so that you can successfully login to our client area. We applogise if this was confusing but hopefully this article explains what's happened.
