I registered for an account on the website, why haven't I received any emails?
If you are not receiving email from this website please check your spam filters in your email...
When I try to login to the website I get an error message saying that the user name or password are incorrect but I haven't changed them, why is this?
The reason for this is possibly that you were using a temporary password and it has now expired....
