For security reasons, we do not allow clients to modify their first name or last name from their profile settings once registered.
There should normally be no need to change these at any time. Should you need to change these for any reason, please log in to the website and submit a support request ticket for assistance.
We will require some basic security questions to be answered before giving out any account related information so please give us as much information as you can on the support request ticket.
