Option One:
Login to your account then click View next to Number of Products / Services. Click on View Details next to the domain you want to log in to. Click on the Login to cPanel button at the bottom of the page.
You might get a security warning because you are leaving our secure website and going to a non-secure connection, click ok and continue as long as you understand that you will no longer be on a secure connection.
You should not need to provide any login details when accessing cPanel from our website, if you are asked for login details and you are unsure what they are, please Submit support ticket and we will be happy to assist you.
Option Two:To access your Cpanel please navigate to your website appending /cpanel to the url. Example: supposing your webiste domain was example.com and you wanted to access your cPanel you would need to navigate to http://www.example.com/cpanel . You can also use the same method for webmail, for example: http://www.example.com/webmail.
You can also connect securely to EHO cPanel using our SSL encryption system by selecting 2083 as the port number when logging in, for example: http://www.example:2083
You can also connect securely to EHO webmail using our SSL encryption system by selecting 2096 as the port number when logging in, for example: http://www.example:2096
If you are experiencing any problems accessing cPanel or Webmail and you need further assistance, please login to this website and create a support ticket detailing what problems you are having and we will help you to resolve it.
You will be required to login to access cPanel or Webmail if using option two above, the details you need to use are the login details that were setup when your account was created, again if you are not sure what details you should be using please create a support ticket and we will send the details to you, we will require you to answer certain account related security validity questions of our choosing.Regards,
